Millensys launched its unified e-health platform at an event attended by a number of healthcare, technology, and other sectors’ officials, including Nagwa El Shennawy, head of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s central office of information; Mohamed Shedid, managing director of Eitesal; and Tamer Mohamed, general manager of the Chamber of Information Technology and Communications.

They were updated on the company’s vision; the future role it plans to play in Egypt’s healthcare system, in line with the state’s visions; and the goals set by the bodies and entities concerned with the process of development in the related sectors.

With a mission of essentialising the role played by communications and information technology in enhancing the performance of all sectors, the company is making Egypt a pioneering model that emulates unique regional experiences and achieves unbounded progress towards a promising future.

Millensys entered the market, domestically and internationally, in 2008 and has a long record of technology and healthcare solutions in more than 35 countries. Further recent achievements include its unified e-health platform, the most popular platform among healthcare providers, which facilitates patient file management, distant monitoring of patients, filing electronic health records (EHR), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) that helps manage invoices, accounting, warehouses, and human resources for healthcare providers.

Medical technology applications for hospitals, healthcare centres, radiology centres, as well as technology solutions and software for private business in all sectors, are among several packages of services provided by Millensys. The company was named, by Klas Research, the best picture archiving and communication system (PACS) in the Middle East for two consecutive years (2016 and 2017).
